Intuitive Chef for events
Marie has been a key part of our kitchen team for several years during seminars organized by our association, Marche ta Parole, where we hosted between 20 and 40 people per day for 10 days.
In the summer of 2019, I invited her to take on the role of head chef for our small community, and she willingly embraced the responsibility. It’s important to understand that the cook is the second most essential person after the camp leader. A well-prepared, nutritious, and varied diet not only delights the palate but also nourishes the mind. And mastering vegetarian cuisine is truly an art.
Marie embodies all these qualities—and more. She took us on a culinary journey, offering a variety of flavors each day, creating visually appealing dishes through her keen sense of color and presentation. Beyond her cooking skills, she is an excellent manager, carefully budgeting and creatively transforming leftovers into new, delicious meals.
We were 100% satisfied, and even those who initially planned to join us for only one or two meals quickly became regulars for the rest of the seminar.
Thank you again, Marie, for your kind and warm presence. Leading a kitchen team requires patience, coordination, and leadership—qualities you have in abundance.
